Welcome to Eternal Love Dog Portraits
Hello, my name is Saori. I was born in Tokyo, Japan and have been living in Tropical Cairns, Far North Queensland for many years. I specialize in hand drawn life-like dog portraits.
My artistic life began at my early childhood but I couldn't pursue my dream of using my artistic ability until recently due to employment and other personal circumstances.
I had a beautiful fifteen and a half year-old Yellow Labrador named Theo. He was absolutely everything to me. Theo was diagnosed spleen cancer towards the end of his life. While I was taking care of him, somehow, he inspired me to draw again. After all these years I've started drawing dogs. It's obvious choice to me as I love all dogs!

The inspiration to draw again was a gift from my Theo. When I draw dogs, I feel right. It gives me peace and comfort after losing my precious Theo. When I draw portraits, I draw from my heart as I understand how precious dogs are to their families. I hope you can also feel that in my drawings.
